We do not currently accept HMO or Medicare Advantage plans.

You can verify your coverage by contacting your insurance provider directly or contacting our office.
What should I do if my insurance plan changes?
If your insurance plan changes, please inform our office as soon as possible. We will help you understand how the changes affect your coverage and care.Are there any out-of-pocket costs I should be aware of?
Out-of-pocket costs can vary based on your insurance plan. We recommend reviewing your policy details or discussing with our billing department for clarity on potential costs.What if I don’t have insurance?
If you do not have insurance, we offer flexible payment options and can discuss a payment plan that suits your needs. Your health is our priority.What if you are not in-network with my insurance plan?
If we are not currently in-network with your insurance plan, you may still receive care at Renaissance Health.
We are happy to see you as an out-of-network provider and can submit claims to your insurance on your behalf, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services.
How does payment work if you are out-of-network?
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We will provide a detailed receipt (superbill) or submit a claim on your behalf when possible.
• If your plan provides out-of-network reimbursement, your insurer may send payment directly to you.
We are committed to transparent pricing and will clearly outline costs before your visit.
